Instead of embracing their individuality, many young girls and women are hiding behind excessive makeup, alluring attire, expensive hair extensions and weaves. This daily chase of approval and admiration is a demanding cycle. The requisite for perfection and popularity oftentimes leads to low self-esteem, negative thoughts, and self-defeating behavior.
